The slopes at Stubnerkogel and Graukogel are waiting for you in the immediate vicinity; Just a few kilometers away, Sportgastein is one of the most beautiful ski areas in Austria.

Even in summer, you can take the cable cars for long walks on our alpine pastures at over 2000m above sea level; or you can take a leisurely stroll along shady hiking trails.

The Mountains

Both in winter and in summer, the mountains of the Gastein Valley offer unique sights, ski slopes, hiking trails and other "playgrounds" in the great outdoors.

Pure excitement with a span of 140 meters gives you Europe's highest suspension bridge. You can get a view of Austria's highest mountain on the "Glocknerblick" viewing platform.
